This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the ShowMe app.

1. License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code (except where permitted by law)
• use the app for unlawful purposes

3. Ownership

The app and all intellectual property rights remain the property of the developer.

4. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.

Şunları yapamazsınız:
